Reilly Wolfson has helped buyers, sellers, and developers of real property achieve their objectives since the firm was established in 1940.

We represent parties to such purchase, sale, or lease transactions as:

  • Negotiation and closing of residential and commercial sales, purchases and leases
  • Subdivision or rezoning of commercial and residential property
  • Land development and planning
  • Installment sale agreements
  • Lease purchase agreements and options
  • Easements and Rights of Way

From Purchase Agreement to Closing

Our real estate clients appreciate our ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve problems that may arise between the execution of the purchase agreement and the closing. Our experience with Pennsylvania real estate also enables us to serve effectively as counsel in large or complex purchases and sales, foreclosures, or the protection of creditors’ interests in real estate collateral, representing both local and out-of-state individuals and entities. Sellers and purchasers of real property in transactions of any size benefit from the ability of our firm to resolve problems involving easements, old liens, local assessments, or noncompliant uses.

Title Insurance

Since the firm owns and operates a title insurance company and many of our attorneys are also licensed title insurance agents, purchasers or mortgage lenders can benefit from the counsel of an experienced real estate attorney simply by buying a policy through Lebanon Title. There are no additional fees for the attorney handling the closing beyond the standard cost of the title policy.

When necessary, we also represent our clients in real estate litigation on such issues as specific performance of a purchase agreement, enforcement of commercial lease rights, or construction defects and warranties.
