Andrew J. Race

Mr. Andrew J. Race joined the firm in 2015 and practices primarily in the areas of Civil Litigation, Workers’ Compensation, Family Law, Personal Injury, and Criminal Defense.

Mr. Race has  argued before the Appellate Courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, numerous county trial courts, workers’ compensation courts, and various administrative agencies. Mr. Race was admitted to practice before the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania in 2016 and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in 2018, and before the Pennsylvania Bar in 2014.  In 2018, he was named among Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars, placing him in the top 2.5% of young attorneys that were researched and scored in the Commonwealth.

A resident of Lebanon, Mr. Race is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Literacy Council of Lancaster-Lebanon, a current Board member of SARCC (Sexual Assault and Resource Counseling Center) of Lebanon and Schuylkill Counties and has a history of being active in community organizations including Penn State THON, the American Cancer Society and the Lebanon County Humane Society.

Mr. Race received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2014, graduating Magna Cum Laude. While a student at Widener, Mr. Race completed various internships with the Governor’s Office of General Counsel, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, as well as a semester of pro bono civil litigation in the Widener Civil Law Clinic. He earned his undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University.
