Prior to coming to Reilly Wolfson, Ms. Noyes served as Assistant Counsel for the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board in Harrisburg, handling liquor licensing hearings and appeals throughout Pennsylvania. She represented the Board’s Bureau of Licensing at administrative hearings pertaining to the issuance, renewal and transfer of liquor licenses, in addition to representing the Board for appeals of its licensing decisions before courts of common pleas and appellate courts.
