Mr. Frederick S. Wolfson has been with the firm since 1968 and focuses his practice in the areas of General Business, Real Estate including Property Assessment Appeals, Healthcare and Estate Planning and Administration.
Born and raised in Lebanon, Mr. Wolfson is dedicated to his profession and his community. He served as First Assistant District Attorney for Lebanon County from 1970 to 1978, is a former Vice President and President of the Lebanon County Bar Association, and currently serves as a member of both the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations where he is involved in the Corporation, Bank and Business Law Section. He also serves and has served on bank boards, as well as various local nonprofit organizations.
Mr. Wolfson has been named to Philadelphia Magazine’s Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, the Ultimate Guide to the Best Attorneys in Pennsylvania. He was selected by his fellow attorneys in the field of General Business.
Mr. Wolfson is admitted to practice before the Lebanon County and Pennsylvania Bars. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Wolfson is a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law and the Pennsylvania State University.
