Michael J. Light II joined the firm in May 2021 and practices primarily in the areas of Criminal Defense, Estate Planning and Administration, Litigation, and Real Estate.

Prior to joining Reilly Wolfson, Mr. Light served as Assistant Public Defender in Northampton County and as Conflict Counsel for Bradford County, as well as in private practice where he concentrated on landlord/tenant matters, workers’ compensation, estate planning and administration, social security disability, and criminal defense.

He was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in 2015.

Mr. Light attended Western Michigan University’s Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, earning his Juris Doctorate degree with a concentration in intellectual property in September 2014.  He also attended the Pennsylvania State University in Altoona, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical-Mechanical Engineering Technology. Mr. Light is a member of the Delta Theta Phi Law school fraternity, Percy J. Powers Senate, and has received numerous awards, specifically the John W. Hanks Award for his dedication to the fraternity.

Born and raised in Bath, PA, Mr. Light graduated from Northampton Senior High School.  He currently resides in Lebanon.
