After practicing law in Clearwater, Florida for a number of years, Mr. Paul A. Lundberg returned to Pennsylvania and joined the firm in 1987. He concentrates his practice in Estate Planning and Fiduciary Documents, Elder Law, Estate Administration, Business Formations and Transactions and Real Estate. A substantial portion of Mr. Lundberg’s practice involves assisting clients with estate planning and settlement. He also advises business owners, negotiates business agreements, and represents buyers and sellers in business transfers. His practice also includes real estate law, from residential transfers to representation of developers and lenders.
Active in the community, Mr. Lundberg has represented the Lebanon Valley Economic Development Corporation since 1988 and is a member of the Board of Directors. Additionally, he is Chairman of the Lebanon County Industrial Development Authority, solicitor for the Jackson Township Industrial Development Authority, and past President of the Lebanon Country Club.
Mr. Lundberg is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, belonging to the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and the Corporation, Banking and Business Law Section. He is also a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.
Mr. Lundberg holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Taxation from the University of Florida. He received his J.D. with honors from Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he was designated as a Dana Scholar for academic achievement. His undergraduate degree is from the Pennsylvania State University.
