Recent amendments to the Pennsylvania Liquor Code and associated Regulations may impact the activities of Pennsylvania liquor licensees and will affect the availability of certain alcoholic beverages to consumers. In order to keep pace with consumer demand and the development of new products, these regulations create new categories of alcoholic beverages and regulate where and in what quantities these new offerings may be sold.  In addition, they add rules for the importation and sale of nonalcoholic beer and for the auctioning of donated wine and spirits.  Attorney Michelle Calvert, a member of the firm’s Liquor Law & Licensing practice, has been and will continue to monitor these changes and their impact.
